What is specific to UK companies
The UK is a reciprocating territory, so money judgments of UK superior courts can be executed in India. London-seated LCIA arbitration is also common and enforceable.
Anti-corruption and compliance programmes
The UK Bribery Act's failure-to-prevent offence reaches UK companies for acts of associated persons, including Indian subsidiaries.
India's Prevention of Corruption Act includes corporate liability for persons acting on the company's behalf.

Questions
What happens to a UK court judgment in India?
The UK appears on India's list of reciprocating territories (s.44A, civil procedure code): a money decree from one of its superior courts can be put into execution in an Indian district court, unless a statutory ground for refusal applies.
