Articleship with exposure to statutory and tax audit support, direct and indirect tax compliance, FEMA and company law filings for Indian and foreign-owned companies. Candidates registered with ICAI for articleship are welcome to apply.

Article assistants work on live engagements (incorporations, GST returns, FEMA filings, audit schedules) under the review of a Chartered Accountant.

Every working paper is reviewed, and review notes are discussed, so the reasoning behind each position is understood.

A large part of the practice serves foreign-owned companies, which brings treaty, transfer pricing and FEMA work that is rare in early training.
