What is specific to Hong Kong companies
Hong Kong is a reciprocating territory, unlike mainland China, and HKIAC awards are enforceable.
Anti-corruption and compliance programmes
Banks and regulators look through Hong Kong entities to ultimate owners, so ownership records must be complete.
India's Prevention of Corruption Act includes corporate liability for persons acting on the company's behalf.
