CA Utsav Dogra, Chartered Accountant, ICAI M. No. 542375 · Updated

In brief

From the German board decision to an Indian company that can invoice usually takes two to three months: 2–3 weeks for documents on the German side, two to three weeks for incorporation, and up to a month for the bank account and first remittance.

What is specific to German companies

German documents usually take two to three weeks, driven by notary appointments, translation and the legalisation route.
